| Just a note to let you know how much I enjoyed working with Nancy Taylor on my recent real estate purchase through your agency. This was an investment purchase, but Nancy handled it as though it was going to be our home. She was very professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. She reviewed all the necessary requirements from the down payment to options for financing this property.
She was very helpful in following up on several items necessary for the closing like the termite inspection, survey and owners insurance. She also followed up with Bank of St. Augustine providing the loan officer with the paperwork that the bank was looking for. Whenever I called her on the phone she was available or returned every phone call within minutes. She in fact made this purchase "easy" for me.

Thank you very much for the address stamp. I almost went out and bought a gizillion labels..I should have known there was a reason why I didn't.
We enjoyed working with you and thank you for the professionalism and competence you showed. You gave us warm and fuzzies that good things were going to happen, and happen they did. And in only five weeks!
Cant wait to move back to St. Aug. and let you find us another house there when we retire.
